Where to start
A free day to scope your project, with a written proposal at the end.
You have a cloud, data, AI, DevOps or security project, but no specification yet? An Idemys engineer gives you a day: they listen to your need, ask the right questions, answer yours, then write a clear proposal. It is free, with no commitment.
This is for you if
Scoping day: do any of these sound familiar?
- You have a project in mind, but no specification yet.
- You want to know what needs doing, and what it costs, before committing.
- You are torn between several approaches or several providers.
- You want to talk to an engineer, not a salesperson.
What you get
Your need understood, and a written proposal you can compare.
For example: a morning of discussion with your technical management and your teams about a data platform project, then a written proposal with the approach, the steps and the budget.
A day with an engineer
An engineer who knows your subject, on site or remotely, to understand your context, your constraints and your priorities.
Straight answers
Feasibility, technical choices, risks, security: you ask your questions and we answer them straight, even when the answer is “not now”.
A written proposal
The scope, the approach, the deliverables, the schedule and the budget, in a document you can compare and get approved internally.
No commitment
The proposal is yours: you are free to follow it, adjust it with us or set it aside.
How it works
Scoping day: clear steps, taken with your teams.
You describe your need
A few lines are enough. An engineer gets in touch to prepare the day with you.
The scoping day
Discussions with your teams, on site or remotely: your context, your constraints, your questions.
The written proposal
Written right after: the scope, the approach, the deliverables, the schedule and the budget.
You decide
You follow the proposal, adjust it with us, or stop there, at no cost.
What exactly is free?
One engineer day, no more: the discussions with your teams and the writing of the proposal. It is scoping, not an audit: if your situation calls for an in-depth review of your systems, the proposal includes it, as our assessment.
Is there really no commitment?
Yes. The proposal is yours, and you are free not to follow it up.
Who comes to meet us?
An engineer who knows your subject, not a salesperson. Depending on the project, they draw on the other Idemys experts to prepare the proposal.
Go further
The assessment, and the areas we can help with.
Let’s talk about your project: the first day is free.
Describe your need in a few lines: an engineer gets back to you and proposes a suitable scope.
