Data controller

Idemys, publisher of this site (see the legal notice), is the controller of the processing described here. For any question about your data: contact@idemys.com.

Contact requests

Data you enter: your full name, your work email, your company and the description of your need. We use it to answer your request and get back to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Data stored with your request: the page you came from, the language, the expertise preselected by the button you followed, the referring page and the campaign parameters of the address you visited. We use it to understand how you found us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing what brings companies to us.

Retention: three years after the last contact, then automatic deletion.

Applications

Data you enter: full name, email, layer, link to your profile and message; the page you came from and the language are stored with it. We use it to review your application. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: two years after the last contact, then automatic deletion.

Form protection

While a form is being sent, your IP address is used to check that the submission does not come from a bot and to limit the number of submissions; it is not stored with your request or your application. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the forms against abuse.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic without cookies and without reading any information on your device, in our legitimate interest in improving the site. No consent is therefore requested.

Recipients

Your data is read by the Idemys team. Our technical processors (hosting, email delivery, protection of the form against automated submissions) process it on our behalf, within the limits of their mission.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your data is hosted in the European Union. When a processor accesses it from a country outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at contact@idemys.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
